Common problem solving methods while using automatic wire cutting and peeling machine

The wire cover was crushed
1. Adjust the clearance between wire inlet and wire outlet transfer roller.
2. Replace the conveyor wheel

Unable to peel off the head of the wire
1. Check the cutting depth of the wire and adjust the core diameter to a smaller value.
2. Whether the set length of head stripping exceeds 2 mm.
3. There's dirt in the intake line
The cutter back is set too large, adjust it to smaller.

Unable to peel off the wire tail
1. Check the cutting depth of the wire and adjust the core diameter to a smaller value.
2. Whether the set length of head stripping exceeds 2 mm.
3. There's dirt in the intake line.
4. The cutter back is set too large, adjust it to smaller.

Uneven length, the actual length of the wire ≤ the set length of wire
1. Wire thickness is not uniform.
2. There is dirt on the roller and it needs cleaning. Wire inlet and wire outlet transfer rolls slip due to wax on wire surface.
3. Remove the wire, set the program to 00, leave the machine idle, and then stop the machine to check whether the wire inlet or wire outlet roller rotates smoothly or is stuck.
4. The wire frame got stuck, causing the entrance wire to slip.

Cut off the core
1. Adjust the core diameter to an appropriate level. Uneven length makes the actual length of the wire ≥ the set length of wire.
2.  The clearance between the wire conveyor rollers is too large, sometimes the wire head can not be peeled off. If the unpeeled wire head is longer than the set line length, adjust the clearance adjustment roller at the line entrance to increase the pressure.
3. There's dirt in the intake line.
4. Adjust the pressure of incoming conveyor roller.

Some cores are too long
1. If the core diameter is too small, the blade cuts into the core and leads out the core after stripping. Increases the core diameter by 1-2mm.
2. The cutter back is set too small, adjust it to larger.

Sometimes the wires cannot be cut completely
1. Oil the blade's moving parts with oil and try again (run oil every 8 hours).
2. Slow down and try again.
3. Check the wire to see if it is smaller than AWG 10#(6mm2).
4. Whether the knife is dull.

The blade is tilted to the line cutting
1. The line itself is too bent and needs straightening.
2. The cutting position of the line is not aligned with the center of the blade.
